       Only Internet orders are eligible for the free shipping program.

      Ballou offers free UPS Ground shipping on Internet order totaling $250 or more to the following areas: North America including continental U.S., Canada, Alaska and Puerto Rico; inquire for Hawaiian shipment details.

      If the customer requests upgraded shipping methods and the order fulfills the requirement above Ballou will waive shipping charges equal to UPS Ground and the customer will be charged only the difference.  

      Free shipping will be automatically initiated via Ballou Customer Service on eligible orders. There is no paperwork or follow-up necessary by customers.
